From the Adventurer Tips checklist (May 14, 2026): the Fantomon system unlocks at character Lv. 50; you summon at the Arborisfatum or exchange Summon Crystals for Mythic Fantomons, and the Arena Shop sells Fantomon shards. Feed Fantomons Treats to level them. Only the four deployed Fantomons need to be leveled — the Resonance Level is set by the lowest level among them and all other Fantomons automatically match it. A deployed Fantomon also activates Auto-Pick, collecting everything dropped during exploration.

What the community adds

  • Main stat slot vs combat slot are different decisions: the main slot gives 100% of a Fantomon’s stat block, the three sub-slots 50%, the rest of the collection 20%. Put your rarest Fantomon in the main slot; deploy for combat by role.
  • Stat breakpoints land at levels 20 (minor), 50 (major), 70 (second minor), 100 (second major) — a Fantomon’s effective tier shifts as you level it.
  • Mythic evolution: Aegiswing and Nyxarchon cost 60 Summon Crystals each at the Summon Shop; crystals only come from pulling (4.2% per pull, at least one per 10-pull). Evolution needs one duplicate — 2 copies, 120 crystals total — plus Lv. 108 and Nimbusville unlocked. Buying one copy is not the finish line.
  • Banner numbers: 0.8% SSR, Legendary pity at 80 pulls; Bond Trinkets are what you spend, Summon Crystals are what you earn.
  • Many players save summon materials until Lv. 50 so pulls target useful pets immediately.

Investment plan

  • F2P: every Fantomon to Lv. 20, then the four matching your class trait (Crit Rate for DPS, Block for Knight) to 50; push to 100 only on the ones you run.
  • Whale: skip the spread, max the roster you commit to — per-stat payoff stacks linearly.
  • Resonance applies the lowest level of your four deployed; a 50/50/50/20 roster scales like 20.
